Crabs are a common sight in and around the ocean. The blue crab is the most important species to the fishing industry and has a long history in American coastal culture and quisine. This geometric design is carved by hand into linoleum and then printed onto two different papers: Rives lightweight paper and Japanese Salaga paper. This handmade specialty paper has flecks and spots that look like the sandy bottom of the sea.
