Dock Light Slam

A speckled trout. A redfish. A snook. All three can be caught on a fly rod under glowing docklights in the backwater canals Florida. When the boat eases up to a light and you see ghostly shadows moving in the water... get ready! You don't know what you are going to catch. Land all three in one trip, and you have completed the Dock Light Slam. Manage to land a tarpon too, and that Slam becomes a Super Slam. This geometric design is hand-carved into a linoleum block and hand-printed onto Awagami kitakata green paper with archival oil inks.

Monotype prints for sale are one-of-a-kind and will be annotated without an edition number. Trial and color proofs, when they are offered for sale, will be annotated with title, year, and a chop symbol instead of a signature. Trial and color proofs are going to be different from the limited edition prints.
