The eastern bluebird is probably the most recognizable songbird in the USA. This small and colorful thrush thrives in broken and edge habitat, where it can perch in small trees and hawk for insects. Farms, parks, golf courses, suburban yards, and anywhere there are open spaces with some trees around is where the bluebird likes to be. They are also happy to use nest boxes, and thousands of bluebird box trails maintained through the USA have greatly contributed to this beautiful bird's success. The print is a handmade reduction linocut printed with Cranfield and Ironbridge Fine Arts oil-based inks on archival Rives heavyweight cotton rag paper. Limited edition of 10.
