Peel-N-Eat shrimp... the classic beach bar seafood dish on the Florida coast. Delicious, tender, sweet Mayport white shrimp steamed or boiled, coated with Old Bay and served with a selection of sauces and always melted clarified butter. The hot vs cold debated will never be settled. I fall into the serve them hot camp, but the shilled leftovers make for a great shrimp salad. This linocut print was created by hand-carving a separate plate for each color and then printing the layers 'wet on wet' to provide some blending of the colorful transparent inks. This is one of the Shrimp Dish series of prints.
