Redfish

The redfish, or red drum, is the iconic sportfish of northeast Florida inshore fishing. Once considered only valuable as a food fish and over-harvested, the species is not protected as a sport fish with strict size limitations and a very low harvest permit. The result has been an excellent recovery of a powerful fish that is exciting to pursue with fly or spin tackle. This geometric design is hand-carved into a linoleum block and hand-printed onto archival unryu mulberry paper with archival oil inks.

Limited edition handmade art prints for sale will be annotated with edition number, title, signature, and year of printing at the bottom of the print. Monotype prints for sale are one-of-a-kind and will be annotated without an edition number. Trial and color proofs, when they are offered for sale, will be annotated with title, year, and a chop symbol instead of a signature. Trial and color proofs are going to be different from the limited edition prints.
